Help the next generation imagine the future of private banking through a real-world strategy lab.
DBS partnered with OWN Academy to design a week-long “mini MBA” for students aged 13–20, built around the question: how will UHNW lifestyles and new technologies reshape banking in the next decade?
I was lead facilitator, designing and running eight strategy labs that pushed students to think like consultants — from mapping UHNW client journeys to testing blue-ocean ideas and pitching future-ready banking concepts.
The program wove together finance, luxury, sustainability, and technology, with site visits to Cartier, Sotheby’s, Charlotte Travel, and SWIMS, plus expert input from Google, Manulife, and Ashoka.
By the end of the week, students delivered strategic proposals to DBS management, showing that even at ages 14–20, they could think in systems, connect disciplines, and reframe banking through human insight.
