Li & Fung saw its sourcing model under threat from digital-first players. The mandate: turn core supply chain expertise into digital products that could anchor the company’s future.

I took on Collabor8, a PLM built to shrink the design and development cycle from 32 weeks to 2 by helping retailers, suppliers, and manufacturers to work together on virtual designs.

Our MVP was built through a joint venture, combining their PLM foundation with Li & Fung’s market reach, libraries, and integration muscle.

I drove product strategy — what we built and why — working with pilot clients and partners like Browzwear, CLO, and Alvanon, ensuring interoperability across the design ecosystem

The result was a platform that laid the groundwork for faster, more integrated fashion supply chains.
