Design an architecture that could simplify complex lab validation workflows while giving Cualia a scalable product foundation.
Cualia’s SaaS app had to support dense medical protocols — data entry, analysis, charting, and exports — without overwhelming users.
I was brought in as chief UX architect to create a system that mapped user goals into a scalable journey, while also guiding backend re-architecture.
Together with the technical team, we built a design system that turned backlog requirements into developer-ready screens, speeding delivery without losing usability.
My role expanded to the business layer, shaping pricing, subscriptions, and a value proposition that made sense for customers as the product matured.
A message from the CEO: "Within seconds of her presentation, our team realized that a 6-month blocker had been dissolved. Today I am proud to say our product is elegant, intuitive, functional, and gorgeous."
