LFX's Make The Dot (a Fung Group Venture)

The challenge:

Cut the time it takes to move from fashion concept to collection sign-off.

Make the Dot was built to give designers a faster way to go from idea to collection, cutting development cycles from 6 weeks to 6 days

Instead of forcing a standard workflow, the tool stayed agnostic to how 3D renders were sourced and focused on what mattered most: speed from sketch to production-ready pitch.

The core feature was a digital whiteboard — part Pinterest, part Miro — where designers could collect, organize, and present ideas at every stage of the design process.

This replaced the patchwork of Google Slides, PowerPoint, and physical art boards that the industry relied on, creating a category-defining workspace built for fashion.

We positioned the product with a PLG motion and B2E strategy, aiming for adoption at the designer level to drive organizational pull.
